The Indiana Crop Improvement Association now provides fast, reliable testing for all Bt events including Monsanto's YieldGard® Rootworm Bt event. This 90 seed test provides the data necessary to evaluate hybrid seed corn lots for the trait.

The ICIA Genetics Laboratory was a beta testing site for evaluating  YieldGard® test "kits" from several developers. This enabled our lab to be up and running with commercial testing in a timely manner.

The YieldGard® test is $70.00 per sample - the same price as our other Bt tests. All trait tests performed in the Indiana Crop Genetics Laboratory are truly replicated and use an appropriate number of controls and standards. This assures data to the customer is accurate and reliable.
 

                                              Herculex™ Testing

We are pleased to announce the ICIA Genetics Laboratory is now offering Herculex®  testing. This seed test provides the data necessary to evaluate hybrid seed corn lots for this trait.
