The value of 3rd Party Auditing:
 

• Assistance with the process of becoming an ISO certified organization
• Guidance in putting a quality plan (QMS) in place or revamping an exisitng plan
• A process and/or product that requires independent evaluation

ICIA has experience with all of these activities.  Multiple ICIA staff members have completed ISO Lead Auditor training and every staff member interacts with our own ISO QMS on a daily basis.
